If stress is not managed at its early stages, ultimately it will worsen. A little of stress can be good; this is what we call good stress. One way of stopping chronic stress is by not masking the symptoms of stress. Most people turn to alcohol, tranquilizers and overeating, thinking that doing these they be able to relieve stress. These activities oftentimes mask the symptoms thats why people tend to think that they have fixed the problem, what they dont know is the stress is still there and by doing nothing it will eventually turn into chronic stress.
