Here goes:

I have taken these herbs for several months now because of my gout and my arthritis. I was to the point that going shopping for groceries I had to use one of the electric carts because walking was almost impossible because my knees hurt so bad. I was going to my orthopedic doctor every month or two to get steroid shots in my knees to be able to stand it. as far as the gout was concerned I would sit and rub my foot every time I sat down. After taking these herbs for pain I was amazed, I didn't have to have a shot in my knees as long as I took my herbs regularly.
